Age I started modelling … 26 People don’t know this but …I never really grew up.  I am still a kid inside of my 40+ year old body! To me, beauty is … a feeling. I learned about beauty from … others who made me feel special by their smile, kindness and generous spirit.  Those are the beautiful people in my life. I express myself through fashion by … wearing what makes me feel good -  colours, textures, shiny jewellery.  I like long lines, solid colours and great big jewellery. I feel beautiful every day by … sharing a smile with someone. I challenge the beauty ideal by … expanding our idea of beauty beneath the surface. My favourite quotation is … Everything you ever needed to learn, you learned in Kindergarten.  (share, be polite, treat others as you would like to be treated…) I hope to bring to the fashion world … another idea of what beautiful can be. If I could tell a young girl anything I would say … You live in the best country in the world and your opportunities are endless.  You can accomplish anything you want! I like modelling because … I like representing the plus image.  I radiate true confidence and the audience/camera can tell I like who I am.  I like sharing that with the audience. What I would like to see more of in the modelling world … reality.  A magazine spread or runway that represents all ages, cultures, shapes, height – a true and beautiful representation of all women. My ultimate modelling job would be … modelling on Oprah.  She is my hero.
